The Blessed Peter Snow Academy Trust currently comprises of three schools. The schools are one secondary, St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy in Dewsbury and two primaries, St Malachy’s in Halifax and The Sacred Heart in Sowerby Bridge. We are seeking to appoint a business manager who will initially work four days a week at St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy as part of the experienced financial team.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and focused person who can meet tight deadlines with good planning skills. Key tasks include responsibility for the professional leadership of the financial and premises aspects of the school.
Experience of strategic financial planning, development of fund raising opportunities, a successful record of managing complex projects, significant experience in team management and leading the strategic financial planning of a complex organisation are all essential requirements.

Senior Exam Invigilators
We currently have vacancies for two casual senior exam invigilators. The role is on a casual ad-hoc basis as needed with busy periods during December, March, May and June. The hourly rate is £12.35. Previous experience of exam invigilation is essential and senior exam invigilation desirable. Successful applicants will be subject to the satisfactory clearance of an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend an interview for selection. Please note that we do not accept CVs.
