Sixth Form triumph in Solicitors debate.

A selection of our Sixth Formers were victorious in the Jordan’s Solicitors Debating competition held in Wakefield. The students that were involved were James Sweeney and Zahran Abbas who argued the case of a tariff on sugary drinks, whilst Molly Reid and Catherine Bailey argued the case of whether to allow fracking.  Both teams won and James Sweeney won the best individual performance and we are scheduled to compete again in the next round on 6th December.
